You delegate the energy from your TRX via native TRON Stake 2.0 (permission-based, without transferring keys or funds). Profeex sells generated energy to B2B clients: exchanges, payment processors, OTC desks. You receive yield in TRX every 24 hours directly to your wallet. TRX physically remains at your address the entire term.
Risk profile

In the Stake menu find Resource > Energy (Bandwidth works the same way if you are delegating Bandwidth).
