ProFeeX Ltd. (Company Number 2209990, BVI) builds TRON energy and bandwidth infrastructure for exchanges, payment processors, and OTC desks. Operating since 2024: non-custodial Stake 2.0 delegation, published SLA targets, and a TRX Energy Yield pool at 15%+ APY - so B2B clients cut fee burn and holders monetize surplus capacity without handing over custody.

Published SLA targets
Availability, response times, and incident handling follow the published SLA. Actual on-chain confirmation depends on the TRON network and cannot be guaranteed to the second. Consumed on-chain delegation is non-refundable under the Terms - contact support for failed or incomplete requests under your commercial agreement.
Enterprise clients may negotiate custom terms in a separate agreement.
Security model
Non-custodial wallets
TRX in your wallet stays yours. Energy is delegated via TRON Stake 2.0 without keys. Prepaid Energy balance on the Service is a payment float under the Terms - not custody of your wallet.
No private keys
We do not request, store, or access your private keys. Ever. All transactions are verifiable on-chain.
HMAC-SHA256 webhooks
Every webhook is signed. Verify the signature before processing to prevent spoofing.
Idempotent orders
Every order requires an Idempotency-Key header. No duplicate delegations, even on network retry.
Rate limiting
Per-key rate limits protect against runaway scripts. Standard cap is 10 req/s; higher limits by agreement.
Audit trail
Every delegation is recorded on-chain with a TX hash. You can verify it independently - you do not have to take our word for it.
